The main stages of completing a mid-level management selection project are:

1. Consulting the Client at the stage of defining a vacancy:
  • Identifying and discussing the Client's needs and requirements
  • Creating a detailed position description
  • Forming a search team and identifying procedures on how to interact with the Client
2. Search for candidates:
  • Direct search for candidates. The following searching resources are utilized:
    - Corporate database
    - Websites
    - Media and advertising monitoring
    - Leading universities and business schools (in the past four years our company visited leading Western business schools, i.e. Columbia, INSEAD, London Business School, Harvard Business School, in order to establish contacts with leading graduates)
    - Direct search and headhunting
  • Selection and evaluation of candidates
3. Presenting candidates to the Client:
  • Organizing meetings between the Client and applicant
  • Participating in the interview with the applicant (upon the desire of the Client, a LRB consultant is present during the interview)
  • Drafting an official job offer for the candidate
  • Drafting and negotiation of a job agreement
  • Escorting the selected candidate during adaptation period
