HR administration in line with statutory requirements and corporate policies & procedures
Processing payroll
Processing C&B changes (recognition, performance, promotions, and others)
Managing the outsourcing process with outsourcing providers
Benefits coordination and vendor management
Administering and maintaining Insurance Plans
Implementing procedures and policies
Administering salary survey processes
Expatriate staff employment and International Assignments support
Заработная плата: от 90 до 110 рублей
Компенсационный пакет: Salary ~ 90 000 - 110 000 rub gross + bonuses
