Обязанности:
To provide legal advice and assistance in respect of any legal, regulatory or ethical issues which arise from the day-to-day operation of the business(es).
Заработная плата: от 8000 до 10000 долларов США
Компенсационный пакет: • To draft, negotiate and settle general commercial contracts (supply, distribute, license, co-marketing, co-promotion, IT) and large commercial transactions in Russia.
• To advise on all relevant laws and codes of practice relating to the promotion of medicines and vaccines in Russia and in the CIS and to participate in the businesses’ internal approval processes as required under the relevant internal Standard Operating Procedures (“SOPs”).
• To review when necessary product packaging, labeling and patient information to ensure compliance with relevant laws and codes of practice.
• To select , instruct and manage external legal advisers where appropriate.
• To manage, and where appropriate to assist headquarters in managing litigation (contract disputes, employment law claims, administrative/constitution law matters, and product liability).
• To lead, in conjunction with the CFO and the International Compliance Office where appropriate, the implementation of a Corporate Ethics and Compliance programme in Russia and CIS.
• To provide training to management on legal issues relevant to the business(es).
• To provide advice on the International Code of Conduct and all other applicable policies;
• To participate as a key member of the Russia executive management team.
• To develop close working relationships with the Chief Legal Counsel EMEA, the Legal Director Austria & CEE/CIS .
